Compensation
Competitive globally, paid in your currency.
Salaries are benchmarked to top-quartile engineering and product roles globally, adjusted for location. All roles include equity. We pay in USD, EUR, or local currency — your choice. We also offer health insurance, a home-office stipend, and an annual learning budget.
